Refund window
If you have not used any credits on your paid plan, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase by writing to support@googleveo3aivideogenerator.lol from the email address linked to your account.
Once credits have been consumed, the corresponding portion of the subscription is considered delivered and is not refundable.
Failed generations
When a generation fails because of a platform error, the credits for that generation are returned automatically to your balance. If you believe credits were lost, contact support and we will review the account.
Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. The current billing period stays active until it ends and is not prorated.
